We would like to request you to make required arrangements for prevention of water trickling into the room from beneath the front door. This really poses a problem when there is heavy rainfall during the stay.”

“The location is perfect with the sea beach scenery. Accommodation, swimming pool and kids play ground are fine but it lacks regular cleanliness and minor accessories (ex: slippers, sufficient drinking water etc). The beautiful design of the resort is fantastic and it looks great at night. We enjoyed the moments there. However there is urgent need to address the attitude and behaviour of the staffs specially those dealing at the counter. They are arrogant and less hospitable and therefore they need professional hospitality trainings.”

“This hotel in Mandarmani is hidden gem. Easily you can find in Google Maps. All the rooms in the hotel are “Front View” sea facing, not like side angle sea facing. You can literally stay at your room & enjoy the sea from the big glass window. Beach is just below the hotel. Also you can find Shacks near the gate. The in-restaurant food are very tasty. We ordered almost all the meals from them. The staffs are very cooperative and ready to serve you with personal attention. This really feel great. The rooms , bathrooms etc all are very clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the experience with family. Will visit again for sure.”

“The hotel is located at a prime location at Mandarmani a few meters away from the main beach. It has its own beach at the back also. The hotel is neat and clean, the staffs are customer friendly. The rooms here are good enough, the ambience is good. They offer free car parking and a great view of the sea. But their food is just pathetic. Even normal Egg- rice you get here is worst than any other places and also too much costly! Otherwise, the hotel is good for staying.”
