“Avoid this place at all costs. The food quality is not the best although it’s the lack of customer service is what it makes it terrible. The waiters all seem like they don’t want to be there and when you ask for extras such as sauce get told to read the signs. I also witnessed a couple next to us complain about their meat lasagna not having any meat and when they did share that with the waiters, all they did was say “sorry you didn’t like”. No effort was taken to rectify their complaint and they completely brushed it off. The couple got up and left immediately which is poor customer service. Do not go here, the food and service is complete trash.”

“Quality rooms for a good night sleep. Parking was easy, and the hotel was easy to find and navigate to. The nearby dining was excellent, and shops aren’t too far. Overall good location and a great hotel. We’ll definitely be back again.”
