“This hotel is in a small town, but it definitely does not have a small town feel. It has many things to do in the hotel to keep you satisfied and busy. The food has been 5 star so far, and the owner present and accommodating. I've read a book on my balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. Later, I'll take a swim in the indoor pool and spa, or maybe the sauna. Tonight I plan on beating my wife in a game of table tennis! We've had drinks at their well stocked bar with locals and guests alike. Service by all the wait staff has been impeccable. Even though some only speak small amounts of English, which I know can make one uncomfortable, they remain eager as ever to help. Rooms are great and clean. The desk will even book things for you, if needed. We'll be making a trip to Venice in a few days. There's great skiing close, the ski bus drops off right in front of the hotel. No reason at all to not make a repeat visit! 5 stars all around!”

“The experience was quite disappointing. The service and the food is good, but the rooms and the hygienic conditions of the place are very bad. Rooms are very small and have no telephones. There is no ventilation or a.c. and it gets extremely hot in the rooms at night (you wake up completely sweaty in the middle of the night). The hotel has a HUGE HYGIENIC PROBLEN WITH FLIES. I have never - ever - seen so many flies covering the food at breakfast, flying all over the tables during breakfast and dinner, and invading the bedrooms. We had literally 25 flies in our room one night and had to spend the whole night trying to kill them to be able to catch some sleep. I also had to spend most of my meals at the hotel holding the fork in one hand and trying to get rid of the flies from my food and table with the other hand. Good quality of service does not mean much when the hygienic conditions of the hotel are so low. I don't recommend the hotel.”
