“We stay from 22oct-3Nov 2021, we are still here :) As it’s a German Hotel, most of the Staffs speak German but also can speak English and Spanish👍🏻 it’s Organised, clean, staff are nice, full of daily program and night entertainment, try to rotate everyday activities, food is quite good (way much better than Aldiana Fuerteventura), all you can eat (including alcohols) and drink all day long. Other than 3 meals also have warm dishes and also cakes as „snack time“. Very thoughtful for people who might miss the meal time🤣 got lots of sports activities and also can hire tennis and golf coach etc. The downside is: all pools are COLD (they said the one indoor is 27c but it feels like 22, my kids refused to get in the water😵‍💫). Why they make the swimming pools but not heated ?! Including the baby ones at the Flosse Club. Saving plastic usage is fine but it’s NORMAL to get the pool water heated for people. If people wanna swim in cold water, the beach is right there☝🏻also the Time schedule of swimming pool / gym/ wellness facilities is strange. 9-10am don’t allow kids and also 1 more section in the evening, also the whole Center is closed From 1-3pm, everyday.”

“The interior of the hotel, furniture public spaces are a bit out dated but well kept after. The gardens are a pleasure to be in and the maintenance is very good. I noticed the pool water is heated when the outside temperature is around 26. When the temperature increases above 30 the heating is shut off and that will immediately make the water colder. A bit too cold if you ask me. Food and bars are very good. Staff is friendly and the animation for the kids is good. Nothing fancy or luxurious but enough to keep the kids entertained in this hotel. For me this is an excellent kids hotel. It also has a beautiful beach nearby a bar that is included in the hotel. Things I love: kid friendliness Things id like to see improved: refresh/reno of the interior.”

“The hotel is very poorly managed. Just a few details: 1) The room was not made up even after lunch, despite the request sign from the morning. When I asked, instead of sending someone straight away, I was told that they had the task of redoing the rooms by 5pm, and therefore everything was in order. Never happened in my life! 2) Several things were missing from the room, delivered with at least two reminders and four hours late. Placing blame between various departments. 3) In the hotel entrance hall there is a grand piano left freely available to any child. The sound echoes up to the third floor, making any afternoon rest in the room practically impossible. And I'm talking about exclusive rooms. 4) waiting for everything: reception, food, room requests.”

“We spent a very happy 48 hours here. The room and the bed were very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were absent, but the cafeteria was open all day. The staff were all extremely accommodating and welcoming. We had a ground floor room with its own private terrace and seating area, but no view, the upper rooms had their own balcony and would have had a view. We didn’t use the pool but it looked in good shape. Parking was available at a small cost. A lovely hotel, we will return if we are in the area again.”
