“Thanks for ruining my anniversary trip! The only thing good about this hotel is the location, which was the reason we chose it in the first place. The check-in process was a disaster. I requested an early check-in, and when we arrived, the hotel informed me the room was not ready. I then asked if she could check when it would be. The front-desk lady said she does not know. Well, can you not check with the cleaning crew??? So, we went down in the basement to use the public bathroom to change and get freshened up... There was a dirty coffee mug by the sink, and the floor was not clean. While I was changing, I was told the room is ready. That was about 10 minutes after I talked to the front desk. Then we had to rush upstairs. This could have easily avoided if she checked with the cleaning crew like I asked her to. The rooms are not soundproof at all. The first room we got was right above the stereo in the garden, and we had a hard time falling asleep because of the constant bass. The music was not loud, but we could hear it clear as day due to the position of the stereo. After complaining about it, we got another room - smaller... Even though I paid for a larger size room. There was no water bottle in the new room. After leaving a note asking for it, we still did not get one. When booking the hotel, I specifically made a note about anniversary celebration, and I even emailed the hotel to let them know how important this trip is to us. I do not think the hotel cared or made the effort to try to make it a comfortable trip for us. I would not return nor recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“I stayed in some luxurious hotels in Paris by paying double or even triple than what I paid at this hotel, however this is my favourite in Paris. Not just its view and location, but it’s more about their staffs. Front desk staffs are amazing, same as restaurant staffs. They made my stay so enjoyable. Many options at breakfast and you can have it in-room. Nothing to complain about this hotel, it’s such a great value. I hope the reception know that guests love them ❤️”

“I was here with a group in December 2023 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel itself is very charming and Parisian in a fantastic location in Paris. There are great restaurants on this street and it's centrally location to many major attractions. The only downside was that the bathrooms weren't totally updated and the shower/tub combo could be difficult at times and the hotel bar area was self-serve. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants, making reservations, and reserving transportation. Everyone we spoke with was kind and accommodating. Many of our travelers look forward to traveling back and staying here! We appreciate you making our trip to Paris so enjoyable.”

“This was a great experience: 40 + km of walking around Paris in less than 3 days, with sore feet and legs. Feet and leg massage were in order and I already feel the difference. The atmosphere was relaxing, my treatment was perfect and the tea and pineapple snack a welcome and well appreciated surprise. “The location is great, very close to Arc de Triumphe. Rooms were very clean, and the receptions were very warm and welcoming. The hotel was offering free coffee and tea all the time which was very pleasant. Only negative point was the taff at breakfast who were not very welcoming.”

“*** recommend avoiding it at all costs*** The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Its proximity to the shopping district and other land marks is convenient if you like walking. Unfortunately, everything else is not worthy of even a 4 star hotel let along 5 (current rating). The room is quite small compared to other hotels we have been in, even based on Paris standards. The inside temperature was very warm with no functioning AC - we requested a fan but were given a broken one in which the blades barely rotated. So we were left with one option - being outside as we felt more refreshed outdoor. Breakfast was a joke, I highly recommend getting it from the nearby cafe/restaurant as you are only entitled to one plate ( 2 sunny side up or eggs of your liking) + 20ml of orange juice and a croissant with dry bread. You can easily get a much more decent breakfast elsewhere for less.”
