“An easy 5 stars. Everything was great, the staff, the rooms, the service. Our wedding anniversary welcoming gift. The occasional candy drop-offs. Even the food was excellent. The location is great, right in the middle, everything was a walk away. Would definitely recommend it.”

“This was our first visit to Madrid, & the hotel ensured it was very pleasant. We were upgraded to a suite from a superior room. The suite is spacious, & well appointed as you'd expect. Although our room had 3 French doors to balconies, the room was well sound proofed & no street noise disturbed us. The bed was fairly comfortable & the bathroom was spacious. The hotel's buffet style breakfasts are well-cooked & delicious. We'd have a hearty breakfast & then only require a light lunch while sightseeing. The hotel staff are exceedingly friendly while professional. They understood our faltering minimal Spanish & some spoke English which was very helpful. The hotel has set a very high standard for the rest of the hotels to meet during our European holiday!”
