“Amenities and services: Pool isn’t covered and was dirty. For 200+ dollars per day stay, even water is not provided in your room. When asked I was told that water is a privilege and you need to be some honours member to receive water bottles with your stay. Otherwise you need to use the water fountain on the ground floor - for all the guests on all floors. Location: really far from offices. Not at all walkable. Staff: front desk staff is really rude and not at all welcoming.”

“What a wonderful stay! This hotel is a step above, with a sleek and modern design, it's eloquent without being gaudy. Very clean rooms with friendly staff. We had a part on our vehicle break on the freeway and was a hazard since it was dangling on the road. The staff saw we were working on it and brought tools to help us remove it. They were so helpful! I absolutely recommend you spend the time and money here, it was a great experience.”
