“The girl who is the receptionist on December 24,2023 at 5pm was very rude, I booked a room on the second floor (good room with balcony and view) but they gave us the bungalow which is not good. She was smirking and looking on us, I just don't want to ruin my Christmas Eve. I just let 'Karma" work. She needs more training how to be kind to your guest!”
