“Big complex located a bit outside Montegrotto (but you can walk to the shops - mainly clothes and shoes), in a parc with free parking. The room had a good size, bathroom also. Very small tv and not efficient Wi-Fi in the room, it keeps disconnecting you which is not compatible with professional work requirements and activities). We had half board and took the dinner. Very loud dinner room, we had more than 250 other guests all eating at the same time. The serving team are doing their best to serve the tables quickly and navigate through the tables with their trolleys. Vegetarian choice is very restricted. The food isn’t bad but it’s not gastronomic level. Breakfast buffet is large with nice choice, almost American breakfast style. For breakfast the guests have free access to the food, but don’t wear plastic gloves. Face mask are mandatory in the hotel at all time. The pools are large and there are defined times for bubbles and water massage. There is no promotion to save water and ecological actions with towels, but they give one tiny soap for 2 nights and 2 guests. For the cures and fango massage you need to go through medical assessment (28€). It’s definitely a 3*, trying to cope with large groups of guests. Free parking on site is nice.”

“If you are able to walk a kilometer and a half or 2 to the piazza, it is an outstanding hotel, pools are superb and service really fast I won't give it a 5 star because of the fact that they control the air conditioning system and decide when to switch it on, and i am convinced it has a lot to do with saving money, and we suffered for the first 2 nights until I put my feet down and they gave me a fan for the room!!!”

“Hotel feels old and needs renovations. Broken lights here and there , rooms are okay . Wifi almost unusable , terrace looking in another building (blocking any possible view on pool and garden). Breakfast has good variety but its supermarket quality. Scrambled eggs were not eatable…cleaning lady not knocking when entering room. Pools are mostly fine but here and there you will find relaxation pumps not working or working very lightly….”

Unfortunately, the wellness centre is only open for a few hours each day and the sensory shower has been out-of-action for many months now. All-in-all, a wonderful experience, which is why we keep coming back.”

“Had a very relaxing day at Terme pools and SPA there. Worth every single euro😌👌🏼 You can book a day entry for 50€ per person, or 70€ on Friday and weekends. For this price you have access to pools and saunas for the whole day + they give you bathrobes and towels. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools with thermal water + Turkish, Finnish and Bio saunas. The personnel is really helpful and speaking English. Will definitely come back there!”

“Last summer I visited this spa pool twice and I have to say that my experiences were absolutely horrible. It seems that both times I was treated like I was stupid, and I am completely done with it. First, they promised certain things, such as specific services and amenities, which they then failed to deliver on. This is disappointing in itself, but what really made this situation unbearable was that they started threatening the police. Yes, you read correctly, with the police! I was stunned and confused by their behavior and it wasn't long before I went home crying because of the whole frenzy. Naturally, after this traumatic experience, I contacted the manager to voice my complaints. What did I get? Only excuses. It seems they think excuses are enough to make up for such outrageous treatment. Well, they certainly aren't. What surprised me even more was that my parents, who stood up for my rights, ended up being blacklisted. This is absolutely unacceptable and a violation of my rights as a client. But it gets worse. Besides my own disappointing experience, I had also taken three Dutch friends to this spa pool, and they too were shocked by what happened. It's not just my personal story, but a whole group of people who felt cheated by this place. It is sad that a place meant to offer relaxation and pampering has instead caused so much stress and frustration for all of us. Clearly, improvements are desperately needed at this spa pool, and I hope future clients will have a better experience than we did. In any case, I will never return here again.”

“We have just spent a week at the Bellavista and it was absolutely beautiful. We used it as a base so we could travel a bit. So easy with the train 15 min walk from hotel. Area is very quiet, very clean and felt very safe. The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean. Food is lovely lots of choice for breakfast We had lunch there twice and both times was really lovely. The staff are so nice and so friendly couldn't do enough for us. The pools are amazing.The only thing was the beds are a little too hard but this would not stop me returning Cherry on the top was meeting their beautiful resident "Joyce," a lovely little Italian whippet. We truly enjoyed our stay thank u.”

“0/10 i don't know how this "hotel" get 4 star's, but this is the worst hotel i ever seen. doors in restroom just can't be closed, the went 1 for all hotel, so i can hear how everyone groan, shower looks like it was brought in 1910's, small TV, wi-fi with individual password, AND WITH LIMITED USERS FOR ALL HOTEL, like, if wi-fi can handle 100 users and you are 101's, no matter how much you pay, no matter what you will do, you just can't get access to internet. I don't know, this os hostel, or maybe shelter for homeless, BUT NOT 4* HOTEL IN ANY FRICKING WAY.”
