“Phi Phi Natural was great with unparallel natural beauty, its not as hard to get here as you might think! The major ferry companies all know it, and as there are a few resorts here its not uncommon for you to be asked where your resort is to confirm. Once you are here though, that's where the magic happens! I came here with my girlfriend on her first trip to southeast asia and the things we saw were amazing. Snorkeling was a big plus for her, we loved the fact that we could just go snorkeling around the corner from the hotel and there were so many fish! Combine that with a private boat tour as well and you will have a wonderful time here! The next thing that was wonderful was just the natural beauty of the place. We came during the highest of high seasons. Between christmas and new year's. But even then we had so much space for ourselves. I recommend the larger villas for the privacy! The nets by the pool which you could lay on were great, the staff was really nice. The tricky thing for room service is the distance between rooms and the restaurant and bar but they did really did their best to get it there. Once we had a bottle of our favorite wine and they came with glasses and a bottle opener for us too. I remember vividly ordering 4 milkshakes by a hammock on the far end of the pool and it was delivered to us despite all the chaos of the christmas new years rush. Its the place to be if you want a nice quiet romantic getaway and you want to be in a more natural setting. Its basically the polar opposite of patong in phuket but accessible by a short ferry ride. its just wonderful. Also the view of sea was to die for! I will miss this so much! Another thing to note, some people talk about bugs for some reason. If you have ever spent time in southeast asia, you will realis this is nothing. You will see less weird bugs here than you would in the center of shiny Singapore. Chill people!”

“I’m very surprised at the high ratings this hotel has. Let start off with the rooms smell bad (at least our room did) I know it’s an energy saver but all electricity shuts off when you leave the room so after a hot day outside you come into a hot and humid room. I will add that the AC works great and fast so you don’t have to deal with that long. We supposedly got a “cliff view” but in order to see the cliff you had to stick your head out of the balcony and look left. When asked about it to the front desk staff they kindly insisted it was a cliff view. I mean whatever we paid $30 a night we aren’t gonna argue it. But just know it’s not a cliff view. We asked for our beds to be together but that didn’t happen (not a big deal we did it ourselves) Our room looked dirty and they were stains on the curtains. It just made me wonder how clean everything else really was including our bed sheets. The outside/backyard area is very pretty. Breakfast was included and not bad we got to eat outside in the garden. It is however close to a great strip for shopping and there is wonderful food near by (we recommend curry palace) I would would recommend it IF you’re on a budget trip, but this is definitely not a 4+ star hotel at all.”

“The staff were really helpful and polite. It’s placed right in the middle of the hotels and restaurants. So yes, it can get noisy even at night, for which the staff were kind enough to offer us buds in advance. lol If you’re vegetarian there won’t be much to eat in breakfast for you, just 1 dish and be sure to mention to them if you want egg or not. We did not mention it, and got the dish with egg, but they were kind enough to change it. Overall an average place but the staff definitely makes it a good place to stay if on budget”

“First and foremost, I’ll start by saying that I love Railay Beach and this resort is in the perfect location on Railay West Beach from where you can access the walking street, the beach bars at the end of the walking street and stunning sunsets. The hotel’s two swimming pools are an oasis and the resort is very well landscaped and maintained. I loved my villa (with jacuzzi) and actually also loved the presence of the monkeys which are everywhere on Railay. The room was well equipped, had all amenities including a reasonably priced mini bar, beach bag, beach towels etc. I loved the front porch with the water lily pond and the frogs added to the feeling of being in a nature resort. All in all, I’d rate this resort pretty high. I did have a few issues however - on the first day, housekeeping didn’t come to service the room until after 3pm which was really not acceptable and I had to really kick up a fuss with reception to get it sorted (I was unwell on this day and wanted to sleep undisturbed). On the second day housekeeping forgot to replace the toilet rolls but by day 3 things were fine. Another gripe is the breakfast - it really wasn’t great. The coffee from the machine was actually quite disgusting and the food options from the buffet were poor both in choice and quality. Thankfully the egg station kept me happy but I would strongly suggest that the hotel up their game with their breakfast offering. Neither the Thai nor western options were particularly enjoyable. My biggest issue though was the fact that the side of the resort in which I was located backed into the walking street meaning that until around midnight, you could hear the music and noise from the bars on the walking street. I heard other guests complain to reception about this but sadly nothing could/was to be done - be warned therefor that if staying in rooms on the left side of the resort (when walking away from the beach) you will likely struggle to sleep before midnight.”

“The room was fine and the pool had a nice view. The hotel is average quality, which is fine for what we paid. Location is a little far from the beach relative to other hotels in the area. But not too far. They say they have shuttle service to the beach but only 2x per day. Good service most of the time. But what really annoyed me was the blatant attempt to have everything extra booked at the hotel to generate more sales. We wanted a taxi to the airport which you can find every 10m in Krabi. We were told that it would be hard because it was the day of and so we had to book right away. When she called, it took less than 15 seconds to secure one. We asked if we can pay later as we were heading out, and we were told that if we did not pay right, then they could not get a taxi for us later. Out of fear, we booked. Only to confirm on our run that everyone could offer us a taxi the same day. And every place charged less than there supposed "minimum" cost quote. When it came to tours, they ignored our questions because we wanted to book something they did not offer. It was just a negative theme to an otherwise fine stay.”

“This is an amazing place. We loved him very much. We lived for 3 months in villa number 202. Stunning plot, large, lawn, access to the field and the road. My 1-year-old daughter and I had a place to go for a walk. They say there are many monkeys in the forest, we heard them often, but did not see them. Dogs live in the forest and periodically they fight three times with monkeys)) The service staff is beyond praise. No matter what happens, they help right away. The pool was cleaned constantly, the villa was cleaned once a week and that was enough for us. Many people talk about the living fence, we had a great time, we couldn’t see anyone. The reception became like family to us, it was very difficult to leave. We left the baby's high chair and toys in excellent condition. We hope that it will be useful to some of the children at the villa. Thank you. We will remember you for the rest of our lives, and we will come back soon.”

“Loved our stay in the Anda Sea Tales Resort. It was the end of our trip to Thailand and we absolutely loved how we could relax and wind down. The staff is very helpful and there is a little stand where you can rent a scooter or book a tour. It is not super nice to walk to the town/beach as it is pretty far and the road is not adapted for pedestrians. Luckily there are enough tuktuks to bring you there. As far as the rooms go, they are very spacious. We opted for a room with a private pool and this was really nice and a plus for us. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The infinity pool at the rooftop is also a big plus. The things on which they could improve: we did not have really hot water in our shower and this seems to be a recurring problem. The water pressure itself could've also been better. Personally I had a good experience and would recommend staying here!”

“Amazing location! The hotel is like 1 min walk from the McDonald’s!(if you go on a tour, your meeting point is most likely McDonald’s). I stayed at 5th floor and view was amazing. There is no elevator so be aware of stairs if you get a room upstairs. The staff will bring your bag to room and bring it down when u check out so no need to worry!. The staff were very helpful and room was clean. AND i had a room with amazing view! I enjoyed waking up every morning to watch the view of the island from my balcony.”
