“Perfect place to stay in Irvine! My family and I came from Texas during Christmas to Orange County and we spent 5 nights here. Rooms were great size one bedroom king suite very spacious, rooms have kitchenette with full size fridge, stove, dishwasher,utensils .Beds are very comfortable and pillows are quality down. Breakfast is great and better than most hotels this level. Hotel parking is easy in a separate building, It's dog friendly hotel but we didn't encounter many dogs ,I plan to bring mine next stay. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Hotel is new and modern and perfect location, less than 10 minutes from SNA airport, Irvine spectrum, South Cost plaza , 20 minutes to beaches or Disneyland! One hour and 15 minutes to San Diego. We will surely chose to stay here again next time .”

“The inn is great! The location is convenient minus the train that goes by frequently. The staff is very helpful, giving recommendations and helping with whatever we need. The rooms are very functional but the bed mattress needs updating along with the sleeper sofa. The sofa is hard to sit on comfortably and the mattress is very worn. Otherwise the room and facility is great! The pool could be a little warmer (likely not the 80 degrees they planned) but their hot tub is great! We are fully enjoying our week here - thanks for creating such a warm welcoming environment! Thank you!”

“Great location - 10 minute walk to Disneyland, connected to a large shopping mall with lots of restaurants and kid-friendly activities. Room was beautiful - huge shower and tub, lighted magnifying mirror, nice coffee station and fridge, plenty of tech outlets. Only downside to this hotel is the cost. Besides the very high room rate, they call this a “resort” and charge a $30/day resort fee, but other than some nice restaurants, I’m not sure it has anything worthy of that title. The pool, for example, is a simple rectangle with lounge chairs. They do give you some options to recoup the fee (nightly wine tasting and morning yoga) so maybe you can make that work!”

Edith at breakfast time was so warming with her beautiful smile and great disposition. Felt like we were being greeted by family each morning. Complimentary breakfast had a variety of hot and cold choices. Adult and kid friendly. Rooms were spacious and nice. Had a scooter and everything worked and fit beyond comfortable. “First time staying here, decided to spend the extra money to be closer to Disney. The hotel is outdated, but the biggest issue is the cleanliness. The towels and sheets and mats were stained, and you definitely felt the grime on the carpet/bathroom floors. The kids bunk beds were extremely hard, to the point the kids woke up and crawled into the bigger beds with us. Also, the stay over service only brings extra towels. No bed remakes or trash take out. The only good thing is the location being close to the park. But after the experience, there are plenty of other hotels that would be a much better choice.”

“Cozy and comfortable place with beautiful views from every suite. All suites have balconies. Suites have a bedroom, bath, and living area. Some suites have bathtubs, some only showers, and I have stayed twice and had both types of room. The shower only bathroom had weak water pressure in the shower but the bathtub bathroom had very good water pressure, not sure if that applies to every room though. Small fridge and microwave, some of the suites have a sink nearby. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. There is a large spa on a central deck with a beach view but I did not use it. Friendly and professional employees. Spacious and well lighted sub level parking, with elevators and stairs serving all three floors. Walking distance from a bar, a sushi restaurant, and a Mexican restaurant with delicious food and excellent margaritas. There is also a hair salon in the building next door. A ten minute walk to the beach, across the street and over the footbridge. Trains go by every now and then, daily and nightly, the passenger trains are short but the freight trains are longer, all are somewhat noisy, but I think it adds to the charm of the location. I enjoyed my stays.”

“The best things about this hotel are the location to Disneyland’s main entrance and the pool and hot tub. We did not use the pool because it was cold, but it’s a huge, very clean pool with one end reaching 8 feet deep. The hot tub was nice and hot and felt really relaxing after a long day of walking for miles at the park. Also, it was very quiet at this hotel. The not so nice things about the hotel are that it’s old so it needs some updating and repairs. The paint is peeling on the ceiling and in the bathroom. The thermostat on the heater did not work properly. It would heat the room way beyond the set temperature and in the middle of the night, it would start making a really loud grinding sound and we would have to turn it off and then back again. They didn’t use a fitted sheet on the mattress. There was just a top sheet that was too small so the bottom third of the mattress pad was exposed with no sheet on it. I would recommend bringing slippers or wearing socks at all times as the floors turned my daughter’s socks black. There is a refrigerator and a microwave which is convenient. And we liked the room we had because there was a king bed in one room and then a queen bed in a separate room with a door so my daughter could have that nice quiet space all to herself. There are several great restaurants right down the street. The price was unbeatable. So if you really want to save money, stay close to Disneyland and you don’t care about having anything fancy this is the hotel for you.”

“We had a good overall experience during our stay. Rooms are a good size, everything was clean and in good condition. We only had a couple of situations. First the hallway was too noisy. Our room was relatively close to the exit door and it late night people walking, talking and to many door slams. The other thing was a surprise. I wish they would’ve told us you don’t get room service unless you request it. We were out a full day and came back to a room left the same way. Not even towels changed or anything. The front desks explained that the only do room service if you requested so, since it was late and we were tired we slept on a uncleaned room. They said that this hotel policy was in a pamphlet they supposedly gave us. I did it find it though. They did give us clean towels so I’m happy they tried to help out. The rest of the experience was great. I would definitely consider coming back if these two things get cleared out before.”
