“We took my Auntie and Uncle here, for lunch to celebrate his 90th birthday. From the moment we walked in, to being shown our table the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The young girl who served us was professional, but with a lovely personal touch.( We didn’t get her name but she told us she was from Poland.) The food was delicious,beautifully presented, and hot! Thank you to Lyzzick Hall for taking the time to make a special occasion even more special!”

“We stayed here recently with a voucher from lake land luxury. We stayed in a double mid range room, with a full bath and lake view. I started to panic from some recent reviews about poor customer service/ VERY mouldy rooms! I am pleased to say that our room was spotless and not a speck of mould in sight. It was clean and spacious. The shower has good pressure and decent hot water too. The only thing I would say is that the walls are a little thin! The hotel hallways are a bit tired in places but that's really it! The main areas are lovely. We had a 3 course meal at the restaurant which was BRILLIANT, my only thought is that the courses can come out a little fast! They can also easily cater for gluten free, making changes to the dishes individually. The spa is great, it's an extra 20pp and you must book a slot at reception. The pools are clean and as they limit numbers it never feels cramped. The steam room is very good too. Overall, a really great stay!”
