“Reception at arrival was unfriendly. Parked with RV. 4 people 25€ would be ok if all was open but unfortunately spa and restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday. Free swimbath made up for it. Toilets etc. excellent and clean. Breakfast service (bread from baker) was ok. Other people in reception when leaving were friendly Reply to owner: Thanks for replying. I did not say that the closed spa was a "surprise", only unfortunate and that price was ok if it had been open.”

“Food is simply awesome. We are the vegetarian guest and chef took extra care for us to cook specially for us. Buffet was good and the Menu was simply awesome. Staff is extremely friendly in the Restaurant. They care for you, talk to you, take feedbacks carefully. Very proffessional and elegant. After Radisson, this is our next best hotel. They made our holiday all the more special and memorable.”

“Dinner buffet is not a big deal, breakfast is better. Wellness area is containing mainly cold water basins, not a big fun to stay in the pools for longer time. Apart from this we had a good time in the venue.”

“Yesterday I went to Goldbad again after a long time to have a nice afternoon with our little daughter. We paid for 3 hours. After almost 1.5 hours we had to stop because the toddler and baby pool was so cold that it was no longer acceptable for us to stay there any longer. Unfortunately, this is a real shame and I hope that this is not a permanent situation. We will (unfortunately) avoid this swimming pool until further notice.”
