“My hubby and I spent one night here. The time we went, we only saw maybe 4-6 ppl at a time around the property. We didn't have to meet anyone to check-in, everything was provided in a text message. We brought our own food & drinks. You can prepare your food at the common kitchen area or you can prep in your private room which was great. Some guests wore bathing suits, some were nude. We felt very comfortable sunbathing nude. The upbeat music was great which allowed for a laid back and more social atmosphere compared to other hot springs resort where noise level is kept at a low minimal. The one floor room units were awesome, we didn't feel like we had to be quiet and we didn't hear anyone else next to us either. The bed was comfortable too. Our unit had our own private hot tub which was great to use if you wanted your own private time. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and hope to be back!”

“The resort has major management issues. We are staying in the premiere site along the Colorado River. The resort lack of care to a lovely resort is sad. The hot tub has not work in 3 weeks, pool heat has stopped working too. The area around the pool is in bad shape, concrete is like rubble and pool is not clean. The manager is never around to discuss concerns or address concerns. The club house kitchen stoves are not working, so if you want to have a event and use the kitchen, not an option. Would not recommend this resort for long stays.”

“Overall a very good experience. The staff were friendly throughout our 6-day stay, though perhaps the younger reception desk staff members should dress not quite so casually? The room was a little dated throughout, but spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location was very convenient, and it was easy to get to anywhere we needed to go from the hotel. Having the well-appointed kitchen available to cook some meals was very appreciated, as eating out can get tiring. It was quiet, and parking was convenient. Overall, a very good experience, and we would return.”

“So, these people think they own the Hilton of RV resorts or something, when it's really the Holiday Inn. The sites are level, the sites are clean, and that's where the positive things abruptly stop. The pool always has bugs and debris floating in it, the bathrooms always smell strongly of sewer, someone left poop on the floor in one of the showers, and the amenities are pretty much unable to be used. The "library" doesn't have a book in it that has been written in the past 25 years, and when you go to use it, they find reasons you can't. Kids are nowhere to be seen on property, no bike riding, no playing at the amenities, or even in their sites or walking a dog. So, if you're looking for a family friendly resort, this ain't it, chief. This place is closer to a retirement home or assisted living facility than it is a family resort. The manager and staff are disgusting with how much they think they're better than others. Our RV is in great condition, our site is clean, and we are quiet and respectful to our neighbors, yet we were told, "the condition of your RV was never approved by us, you won't be staying here again." It's a 2000, the CA sun has had its way with the decals, but that's the only thing wrong with it. When we checked in, it was at 2pm, we didn't sneak in, we didn't hide our RV, and we were let in with zero problems. What they didn't like was our kids, and that's why they put us out. Our kids aren't addicted to screens anymore since we started this, so they like to go out, ride their bikes, explore, etc... and every time they would try and go have fun, they were sent back home and told they weren't allowed to do this, that or the other thing. They're tweens, in our other RV resorts we visit, we have no issues. They're respectful kids and quiet for being kids, but they're still kids. The way we were told that we weren't going to be allowed to stay any longer was gross, this place is located in the dirtiest city, and they charge through the nose and discriminate against families. Even if we got a brand new RV, we wouldn't be coming back. We said we wouldn't come back after the first time, but we gave them another shot and they failed miserably. Don't stay here unless you're over the age of 80, have a brand new rig, and you don't have anyone under 18 with you. Don't plan on using the amenities, the laundry is severely overpriced, the bathrooms are nasty and so are the pool, the library has old and outdated books, the wifi is slow and spotty, and the owners think they're better than common folk. Oh and in our spot last time, right next to where we parked our vehicle, there was a metal pole sticking out of the ground about an inch, someone didn't finish grinding it down. It was sharp and in the direct path to pop my passenger side tires, I tripped over it multiple times and had to catch myself from falling... dangerous!”

“Wow. Stop over on a work trip. Wow. Wish we had known how nice the property was before going to eat. What an amazing opportunity we missed to stop for some groceries and grill and cook an amazing dinner to enjoy the room and views. The apartment is very well furnished and very clean and modern. Any kitchen appliance you need is also available from a room order list should your cooking adventures require. The furniture is clean and comfortable. The soaking tub in this room is nice touch. The bed is very comfortable. The views are amazing. Very nice community grills to use in the common areas. I didn’t walk to pool or hot tub but view from balcony looks very nice. Wish I had time to play a round on the course. Looks very nice. Def will be back to this Hilton property.”

“Hamton inn and Suites Riverside represents the Hilton brand on the high end of the scale. Very clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and fresh and the fitness center is one of the best. Moreover, the customer service was fantastic. It's the little things sometimes when on the road and the Manager Michelle went out of her way when one of our party was bummed (jokingly) because of no Swedish fish candies. The next morning however we were each presented with two large boxes of Swedish fish that she personally went out and bought for us. How very kind!! Thank you. I will stay there whenever I am in the area and highly recommend Hampton inn & Suites Riverside.”

“First, I have to say the staff were excellent. The room was nice although there is some deferred maintenance that is showing. But it was clean and well worth the price. The tv in the room was massive . The only negative was the water pressure in the shower was very inconsistent leading to the water going from hot to cold. Definitely point the shower head away from you so you can step away when it gets really hot or cold. The location is a huge plus as it’s walkable to downtown Palm Springs. There is also a nice seating outdoor seating area. Overall, it was an excellent stay.”

“This place is great! First time staying here with a family vacation. Me and my boyfriend made a reservation for the same day since it was last minute and when we checked in the room we were supposed to get was not available so the lady gave us an upgrade for free! The breakfast in the morning was pretty good didn’t expect it to be but I suggest getting up early and going back to your room to eat it which is what we did overall a good first experience!”

“Azure Palm Hot Spring Resort and Day Spa Oasis was absolutely the best experience that we had while visiting Palm Springs. From the moment we entered we felt welcomed and relaxed. We were just here for the day, and the Spa front desk attendants were very helpful and friendly, ensuring that we were well informed of all of the services available at the Oasis. Once changed and at the Oasis, we quickly found a mineral hot spring soaking tub, and began relaxing in the mineral rich waters. Now, the soaking tubs are a pretty treasured spot, so I recommend getting there early if you want a little personal relaxation time. It did get a little busy as the day progressed, so have a little patience while waiting for a spot to open up.... and on the flip side, definitely enjoy your relaxation time, but make sure you aren't over staying your time in the mineral tubs, as they are limited. We made several new friends by sharing tubs, and enjoying the day. Definitely don't skip the Reflexology walk, which is a short walk through hot spring fed waters that hits pressure points on your feet! It hurts so good. There are also a few sauna's around, along with a heated swimming pool, Himalayan salt room and several spa's to keep you nice and relaxed. Our only regret is that we didn't book a room at the resort to enjoy more that the amazing Oasis had to offer!”

“We stayed two weeks while visiting family in the area. The resort is just beautiful. We got a premium grass spot and even had shade trees with a little pond out back. Really enjoyed watching the ducks. While it was too hot to enjoy much outside, when the sun went down the pools were amazing. Two choices, well kept and very nice. Shannon and Michael were great! We worked from the RV and they made sure we were in a spot that got great wifi. Our first day of arrival, they held a July 4th party. It was so well done, great food and activities for the guests. Highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.”
