“Stayed here for 4 days. There was no one to clean the room. We had to go to the desk to get clean towels pillow cases toilet paper etc. we noticed there was 1 lady servicing all the rooms and by the time she knocked on our door it was day 3, it was 4 oclock in the evening and we were taking a nap. Meanwhile the garbage was piling up and we had to take our own trash out and go to the desk to get more trash bags. We got stuck in the elevator. There was a few problems with people getting stuck in the elevator so for the most part i opted to take the stairs. We paid $40 (per room) for transportation to a concert and were given a complimentary gift bag containing a pair of eyeglasses, a juice pouch, a ring pop, a beaded bracelet and a pack of trident gum! The problem was that there was only 1 gift bag per room no matter how many people were in the room. CHEAPSKATES! The $40 for transportation made sense but they should have kept the gift bags. It just made matters worse. In the other hand, the breakfast was was plentiful the room was roomy and the pool was clean, some of the staff were pleasant. Shopping and restaurants were nearby. Great location but room service could have been better.”

“Needs updating, however, housekeeping staff worked diligently to keep clean. Some things such as peeling paint and caulking can only be cleaned so much. You can see the effort housekeeping puts forth and they were all friendly and pleasant.”

“Do not stay here! I had my catalytic convertor stole from my truck. The hotel manager basically said two things, “Well, this is Houston” and “There’s a sign (about as big as my hand on a pole) that says we aren’t responsible, sorry.” They didn’t offer any help. I filled out a police report and the Sheriff told me that they get calls all the time for theft at that hotel and the one next to it. When I mentioned that to the hotel manager she said, “We haven’t had that happen in about a month.” What?! The fact that you say it happens at all tells me that the hotel knows that it happens and has chosen to do nothing about it. I didn’t rent a room here so I could have my truck vandalized and have to pay $2500 to get it fixed. This hotel does not care about the safety or security of their guests. Just look at other comments before mine that had the same thing happen. While I was making my complaint with the manager another guest was complaining about bed bugs in their room and the other associate and he basically insulted the guest and said, “We don’t have the bed bugs, it’s the people that stay here that bring them to us.” What a joke! DO NOT STAY HERE!”
