Our suite was clean and spacious with so many luxurious details. It almost made it hard to leave the room to go out for wine tastings! The whole resort provided a sense of privacy and promoted a space to truly relax after a day out at the wineries. We cannot wait to stay at the Bardessono again!”

“Mumm sparkling wine was wonderful. Our charcuterie plate was wonderful too. However, the gentleman that was our tasting host seemed bored with his job. He was very robotic about his presentation and totally aloof. He poured the sparkling wine and said “let me know how you like it,” and rushed off. We felt like we were a burden to him even though we were the first and only people there. We will continue to buy your wine because we like it. As a representative of your beautiful winery he needs to be more engaging with your customers especially being a manager. The one star is because of him.”

“Let me start off saying that i would give this place a 5 star review if it weren't for the billing. The people were very friendly, rooms were nice, property was nice. My wife and I stayed there in November, when we checked out, I just had them email me the bill to save paper and make everything easier. My mistake. As we were driving down the road (maybe 5 minutes after we left), we noticed on the emailed receipt that we were double charged, not once but twice for lunch at the outlet restaurant. We immediately called to get it fixed while it was fresh in everyone's mind. We were told that it would be fixed and to check out email. The email never came, the problem never was fixed. After several calls to the hotel we were told that accounting fix the issue when the got into the office. That never happened. Never could get a call back from the manager, accounting, or anyone for that matter. It has been almost 2 months and no less than 6 phone calls later and no one will refund the money that was over charged. Stay at your own risk.”

“We have been to Yountville many times and drove by this hotel a lot. Finally got a chance to stay for a few days and WOW! Very impressed by the large rooms with vaulted ceilings and impeccable grounds. The pool has a beautiful setting with a great hot tub and bar. We did not get to use the Spa, but next time! The location is great too as it is a very short walk to everything in town. Can't wait to come back.”

“We've vacationed at Calistoga Hot Springs many times over many years, and always thoroughly enjoy our stay. The rooms are so spacious and clean, and we use the kitchenettes to make breakfast, lunch, etc. and eat by the pools. Everything is close by, and the best part for me is the pools, especially soaking in the evenings under the stars.”

“If you have 7 yr old kids that want to loudly play in luke-warm pools this is the place for you. The rooms are not up to Hyatt standards, there are no 100+ deg pool options, and the hot tub seems to have been under construction for months. Also no sound proofing between rooms. There are better options if you want a real hot spring experience, and this wasn't even cheap. The restaurant is quite good, but you don't need to stay here to eat there.”
