“A nice hotel resort, with beautiful garden themed balconies. The breakfast and dinner services were great with a wholesome variety, the only downside is that you have to pay for tea/coffee for lunch and dinner. And there are no free table waters available, you have to pay for water for all food service times, which is ridiculous! At least tap water should be offered for free with food. The hotel would’ve received the 5 stars if the rooms had been renovated. The rooms are really outdated, everything is falling apart, the shower head is half broken, the shower sliding door opens and has shatters. Finally I’d like to add, the warm and friendly waiters at food service time, they were very friendly and courteous! Overall an amazing atmosphere from all staff!”

“Was amazing we’ve just got back and we’ve booked again for next year staff are so friendly and service couldn’t be better, the views from the pool are the best I’ve ever seen surrounded by mountains, right next to the strip and a 5 minute walk to the beach, location couldn’t be better, staff couldn’t be better, entertainment was fun as fun as you make it, if you join in like we did you’d have a blast or sit back and watch the dancers, get in on the bingo or the karaoke. Hopefully you’re lucky enough to see the Colombian dancers that they get in every two weeks because it was such a breathtaking show. Kid friendly and an adult pool for people who want time away from children, although the adult pool is no way near better than the main. Cleaners kept your room tidy as and the air conditioning is great. So much to do outside the hotel as well such as the blue lagoon which is a 20 minute walk roughly and you can go to the top of the mountain on the cable cars (highly recommend)”
