“The strong point is certainly the location, if you want to visit the beautiful beaches of Salento you are close to everything with a 5 minute drive. For the rest I'm very sorry but first of all it's absolutely not a resort... Secondly it's absolutely not a 4 star, maybe 3 is too many. The food is really worse than a canteen and the people who work in the restaurant take away your plates while you are eating because they are in a hurry... Incredible on holiday to have such tight meal times (13/14 20/21). As regards the entertainment, I'm sorry to say negative things because the kids were also nice but they are too small and not very engaging and above all the kids' club doesn't exist. Basic rooms that could use a restyling. Last note: the beach.... The worst in the area... Perennial algae.. I won't go back for sure.... I hope you can improve because the potential is there but you can't see it... If you are thinking of spending the your holiday, read carefully so as not to expect much...”
