“A must try if you are in the neighbourhood. Excellent and kind service, excellent food (and big portion) and a warm atmosphere for a very reasonable price - this place has it all. Do note the restaurant is usually packed so reservation is advised but even if you just drop by and need to wait some time it is absolutely worth it. We ordered a soup, an appetiser (Gentlemen’s Mix) and the Veal for 2 pax paired with a local red wine - and had probably one of the best dining experiences in Portugal here. Yes, I’m still dreaming about those potatoes..”

“Cool vibes of the garden, mediocre food at best. Not great if interpreted as Portuguese cuisine, nor as fusion. The “butter chicken” they served had no sauce and barely any spices, so better ask instead of assuming that they would actually serve you butter chicken (a type of curry), because you might end up with a dry chicken with dry rice. After I mentioned that, they brought me a bowl of sauce, but it wasn’t tasting anything like a curry sauce, and definitely not like a rich butter chicken sauce you may know. The dessert wasn’t great either.”

We do feel we were rushed into ordering our dishes and wine but overall the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable.”

“Here you can order a maxi pizza with the size of 2 large domino pizzas, same price, around €19. Moreover, you can choose 2 flavours in one (1/2 Grunt, 1/2 Samba for example). The pizzas are always tasty although not much choice for green vegetables. Also, to get the maxi one, you have to dine in or takeaway. Delivery only receive orders for big and medium size. Highly recommended.”
