“I have been contemplating writing this or not, but I feel like I should. I was pretty disappointed in the restaurant. The prices are pretty high for portions and drink quality. My main issue was that my rice and beans had a soapy taste to them. So either the plate was not fully cleaned or soap was in the water. Either way ick. Otherwise my squid was cooked well, my partner enjoyed his ropa vieja, and the yuca was decent. Inside I feel like it's a German tourists interpretation of Cuba with souvenirs strewn about a generally German style dining room, but maybe some people like that. The server wasn't the most friendly and she seemed a little confused by my Spanish. It's not like Vaqueros which I feel is extremely authentic from the decor, to the staff (all Latin), to the food. Response to Restaurant: ¿Por qué respondes en español? La mitad de su personal no puede hablarlo. Y un plato que sabe a jabón, especialmente un arroz, no se debe a un plato sucio. ¡Se debe a demasiado jabón! Doy mi opinión y puedes tomarlo o dejarlo.”

“It's a small place but the staff was very friendly. The serving is quite big that I couldn't finish all, but too tasty to waste. So I tried to wrap the leftover to go and the staff offered to help with aluminum foil. I had Hummusapiens bowl, hummus, chickpeas, falafel, pickled cabbage, sausages, potato, onion, cucumber, tomato, cuscus, eggplant, halloumi, chilli paste and mint. Great experience!”

“Excellent Austrian restaurant. Very nice atmosphere and service from the staff. Spotlessly clean place. The schnitzel was really amazing and that was the reason we went. Everything we ate was very tasty and well prepared. The variety of ice creams at the end also very tasty. The cost is relatively high but it is proportional to the quality.”

“Never expected to find such authentic and delicious Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine in Germany but we were absolutely blown away with the service, food quality and taste and the ambience was excellent. We ordered two mains with salmon and they were both exceptional tasting including the portion sizes. We were so impressed that we also took takeaway sushi for lunch next day. Dessert was the panda cotta and it topped off the whole meal, the texture and taste was amazing. We loved everything and would highly recommend!”

“Excellent starters but the main courses were not special nor innovative. For the price per person, one would expect a lot more than duck breast with broccolini or a tofu bao. The beef stripe wasn’t tender and desserts also disappointing. I was at a company event and enjoyed the experience but would have been very disappointed to pay for this dinner myself. Friendly service but absolutely not professional to a 1* level. It’s a good casual dining but not a unique experience.”
