“FRESH INGREDIENTS! This restaurant serves the freshest sushi around! Everything from the wasabi to the rice to the fish was incredible. We ordered the salmon hibachi with fried rice, vegetables and coconut tofu soup. The soup had a hint of spice and it was perfect for this 33 degree evening. We also ordered the Nam Tok Beef, War Eagle Roll, volcano roll, and the Hawaii roll. The ginger salad is also very good with a sweet flavor. The restaurant looks like there’s been some updates since our last visit. Great for families, friends, and date nights. There is spacious seating as well. Our server was incredibly sweet and showed up to the table at the best times, providing everything we asked for with pleasant service.”

“Beautiful location within Jackson County Park on the waterfront of Guntersville Lake. Friendly service with an expansive menu. Enjoyed the BBQ plate with hot BBQ sauce and hash brown casserole! Cheeseburger and Baked Beans were delicious as well. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with direct access to the dock.”

“My wife and I stopped in for dinner. We were greeted politely and quickly brought to our table. Immediately, we were brought chips and salsa and shortly thereafter our waiter asked for our drink order. We reviewed the menu and made our choice (s)……Our waiter took our order and within a short time, our food arrived. It was brought hot and was really good. This food has not been sitting under a warmer! Our waiter refilled our glasses without asking. In short, our food, service, and hospitality were great. It’s. “Hole in the Wall” kind of place that you should not miss out on. And, when you walk in the door, look to your left on the wall, their cleanliness score is a 99. That’s awesome!”

“Mellow Mushroom Auburn exceeded expectations with a delightful dining experience. Opting for the Lunch Pick 2, I relished the fresh and crisp Little Caesar Salad paired with the indulgent Garlic Cheese Bread. The flavors seamlessly blended, offering a satisfying start🤜🤛 The pièce de résistance was the Large Pizza featuring The Merry Prankster and Kosmic Karma in a harmonious half-and-half arrangement🤤 The crust achieved the perfect balance of chewiness and crunch, while the toppings were generous and vibrant. The Merry Prankster's carnivorous medley contrasted superbly with the eclectic veggie mix of Kosmic Karma👍 Although the portions were substantial for three adults, the quality overshadowed any concerns. Every bite resonated with taste and quality ingredients😁 The commitment to excellence in both service and cuisine ensures Mellow Mushroom Auburn's place on my list of favorites. “Elevated comfort food at a reasonable price! Let me start by saying you have to save room for dessert - the cheesecake and creme brulee are some of the best desserts I've ever had, period. The cheesecake especially is incredibly balanced in flavor and texture with the addition of cookie crumbles and citrus slices. I ordered the asparagus grilled cheese and was impressed with the structural integrity of the bread as well as the fries being perfectly cooked, neither soggy or burnt. The ketchup is homemade and very interesting, slightly sweet and not "goopy" like regular ketchup. My one qualm is that the grilled cheese was quite heavy, and not as balanced as I would have hoped with the addition of the veggies. However, because it was so heavy and filling I had to get a box for half and am basically getting two full meals for the price of one! If you are looking for a rich grilled cheese with "hidden" veggies, you would like this. I came with a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks. We demolished the white cheddar pimento cheese and asked for extra to go. Our server was also very nice and accommodating when we requested to split our checks in a somewhat complicated way. Whoever is designing the menu and working in the kitchen really knows what they're doing. If you are passing through Florence, as my group of friends was, make a stop here!”

“Chill brunch spot with delicious food. Brunch date, came here off of other reviews and it was a great choice. We order avocado toast with salmon, grits with cheese, blueberry pancakes and side of scrambled eggs, everything was full of flavor and prepared well. The service is amazing, the wait staff were very friendly and tentative. We also ordered mimosas which were good. Overall experience was 10 out of 10”
