“As a customer at Restaurant Hermes in Bremen, I wanted to share my feedback on the dining experience. I must start by acknowledging the excellent waitress who provided exceptional service. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, contributing greatly to our overall enjoyment of the meal. Her attentive and warm approach made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our visit. However, I would like to provide a suggestion regarding the menu. The noodle dish, while delicious, is currently served with a salad bowl. In my opinion, it could be even better if the noodle dish was accompanied by a Greek appetizer instead. This modification would add a delightful twist and further complement the restaurant's Greek theme. It would also provide customers with a wider variety of flavors to enjoy. Furthermore, I did find the prices for the noodle dish, particularly the one with feta cheese, to be a bit high compared to the ingredients and portion size. It might be beneficial for the restaurant to review and potentially adjust the pricing to better reflect the value offered. In conclusion, I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by the waitress at Restaurant Hermes. I s had an enjoyable dining experience. Thank you for your attention to customer satisfaction, and I hope these suggestions contribute to further enhancing the overall dining experience at Restaurant Hermes.”

“This restaurant is a rising star! Some dishes here definitively deserve a 15-16 Gault Millau rating! The young but already quite experienced chef Justin Schmick conjures dishes that stimulate all your senses: creative, appealing, and perfectly balanced. Justin Schmick not only uses top quality products, but like a magician he combines different flavours in a way that they all enhance each other, thus yielding to a unique gastronomic experience you will never forget. Because we have been there three times in a row, my girlfriend didn't want to have the same vegetarian dish again. No problem: just ask for something else and the magician Justin Schmick will create something new which is not on the menu (see photo). This is what I call professionalism! With regard to wines, just ask the sommelier to choose the wine that suits the best to each dish, you won't be disappointed! (they have excellent open wines, you don't need to order a whole bottle). Same as for the ingredients in the dishes, the wine and the food will enhance each other. A wine that is perfect alone or with a specific dish won't necessarily suit to another one. This is the job of a sommelier and at Dock IV, they know their job for sure. For me this is the best restaurant in Bremerhaven and one of the top ones in the region. It will definitely stay my first choice in Bremerhaven and I look forward to seeing Justin Schmick in his first Michelin star restaurant, wherever his path leads. Justin Schmick, congratulations for your creations, they are full of love and expertise; we had wonderful and memorable experiences in your restaurant. Last but not least: for this price range you won't find better! Quality has a price and every cent is worth it.”
