“Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in The Galleria Mall. The service is unmatched. The staff genuinely cares about the time you spend there. The meal is excellent; everything we tried melted in our mouths. It is our first time to visit The Cheesecake Factory, so we asked Ms. Mei to recommend the best dishes that we could try. We ordered Cheeseburger Spring Rolls, Parmesan-Herb Crusted Chicken, and Shrimp Scampi. They even sang a birthday song for me and my sister. Thank you very much, once again, to Ms. Mei for the best food recommendation and excellent/friendly service. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back soon!”

Started when we were blown away as we walked into the period correct theme of the restaurant, then continued as we were being greeted by the incredibly professional and friendly staff. Our server was incredible and very attentive to our needs from the start to the end of our experience. Chef Marshall is one of a kind. He came to our table and gave us some history on the restaurant and also took us on a tour of all the incredible aspects of the prohibition period theme. You can feel his passion for quality food and service, which manifests into incredible food, - service and discussions. Will definitely be returning for more at Butcher and Still.”

“We had booked and were slightly late to the booking - the staff’s attitude wasn’t the best but the restaurant wasn’t super busy so we were seated immediately. We ordered a bunch of things from the menu - all dishes were seasoned well but were kind of basic. The escargot was delicious. There is a truffle pasta that I recommend. The whole experience I was let down by the service. The team doesn’t seem to know what they are doing and can’t even get the simple task of “can I have a napkin” correct. This was asked 4 times before we got a napkin to our table. The ambiance wasn’t ideal either with boats bellowing smoke and helicopters flying overhead really ruining the whole experience. If you eat here I would suggest to sit inside maybe that would be more comfortable. The view is definitely not worth it.”
