The food was served in larger portions you would ever expect, and it was good too! Not just a gimmick restaurant, but rather, a very good restaurant with an entertaining and fun theme on top, as well as friendly and accomodating staff. A great restaurant for all ages with a lot of good food and good service.”

“My favorite restaurant in Heringsdorf. The best wait staff and cooks who care about their customers and the highest quality of fresh fish and weekly specials. A wonderful selection of wines and l also I highly recommend trying one of the many fine Rums or Whiskeys from the bar. Dine inside or out on the patio, depending on time of year of course and it is best to make reservations ahead of time.”

“Came here spontaneously and enjoyed the 3 course lunch with the family. Was delighted to see that they had a nice simple menu for kids. The service was friendly. The salad was nothing exceptional, but the entrée won us over with a wonderful dynamic of flavours and textures. The dessert was simple yet nicely executed. Enjoyed by both adults and kids alike. Overall everything was extremely reasonably priced and would love to dine here again and experience more from the chef.”

“A very traditional place with traditional food. Foods have traditional names and you eat with hands, only cutlery served is a knife. There could be some risk this is perceived as a bit of over-touristic experience, but actually this place works and it's because the food is really genuine and excellent. Good quality from bread to main course all over. Their own beer is pretty OK too, tried the helles version which felt very classic a bit shady too. Staff is nice too, usually one at least speak English. Can be popular among holiday season.”
