“A place where you can count on whenever you need to host a fine dining experience. Service is top notch and the menu is very extensive. There’s parking area but during peak hours during weekends, there may be a lack of parking slot. Recently we dined and ordered don rite sausage but we were told that this kind was unavailable so we got another kind. However we saw the exact unavailable kind of sausage in their fridge at the purchase counter. Food items are best paired with a bottle of beer.”

“Had lunch earlier. Pork adobo flakes were mouth watering. Sunny side up egg was perfectly cook I like how the yolk is still completely liquid. My friends order burger steak and beef roast. Both delicious! Foods were really tastes good. It could have been 5 if I paid by card not cash. Surprisingly card payment option is not available, even Gcash. I couldn’t believe with all the technology and modernization, Bacolod is still living in the past. Lastly the place is a bit hot however the interior is impressive.”

“My first time at Quedan was pre-pandemic, and was happy to see it was still around on this last visit to Bacolod. The vibe is still hip and the drinks are still good, while being reasonable priced. Try their Quedan G&T, which combines native ingredients like sugarcane with the classic gin & tonic. This time, also got the chance to grab dinner here. The pumpkin soup as a starter was good, but needed a bit more flavor. The tuna tataki was the standout dish, made with fresh-tasting fish that was seared perfectly on the outside. The chimichurri steak frites was the disappointment - we asked for medium rare and it came back medium well to well done. The server apologized, but damage was done. Would still come back.”

The antique feel of the place gives me chills reminding of the old times on how our ancestors live using the charcoal tyoe iron, bayong and other native displays in the restaurant. We went late around 8pm but still they accommodated us.”

“How do I say this... well it was quite an experience I would say. The location of the store is great since it's within the metro; the atmosphere is great too but maybe there was just something that struck me when my family and I were having a dinner there. I have no qualms about their food, it was good but I think it's the small thing that really irked me. I understand that customers have to pay for drinks like iced tea, sodas or shakes but water? Not bottled water, service water. Yes, they don't serve service water even just for a glass. They don't and I don't understand why. My mum and my aunties were confused as heck but yes, thank you for the good service I guess.”
