“This was our first time visiting this restaurant. We loved the atmosphere, the menu, the prices, and the employees were all welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was very clean including the bathrooms which I did visit. The food was cooked exactly the way we requested, crispy bacon is a must for me, and we all enjoyed our meals. We actually enjoyed sitting viewing the menu, then going up to order, and paying. I feel this saves you time when you are ready to go you can just go and you don't have to worry about waiting for your bill and paying. Overall, we recommend this restaurant and we will be back for sure whenever we are in the Lombard area. I did try the lilac shake and if you go give it a try!”

“Fun place. Servers were very nice as was the owner. Cranberry margarita was awesome. We asked for their Diablo sauce so the owner came out to talk to us about it and to see if we enjoyed it. Both of us like very spicy things and so we very much did enjoy it. Our food came quickly and was absolutely delicious. And the portions are very large so bring your appetite or plan to take things home with you.”

“Wow... one of the best meals ever! I had the chicken kabob platter and my date had the zizis favorite chicken wrap. We shared baklava for desert. The servings were huge and delicious. Lip smacking! The server was friendly, warm, attentive and gracious. We sat outside on a gorgeous day.”

“Was disappointed in my service today. online order placed 1138, estimated pick up at 1158. Got there at 1155 to pick up food, and didn't get food until 1222. When sandwiches were finally ready, staff did not drop any fries ahead of time, so additional wait time for fries. Then, staff were filling other orders and forgot to get my fries so I waited longer. Hot subs were not hot. Cheese had already cooled off completely on the subs. Very disappointed. Paid 30 bucks for 2 full subs and a cheese fry with a tip for the staff.”

“My husband and I found this café vía Google reviews when we were in town for a wedding earlier this year. We absolutely loved it, and ended up going for breakfast again the next day. I was just in the area again and couldn't resist stopping, and I was glad to find that the service was just as awesome as it was the last two times we were there, the food was just as delicious, and the atmosphere was just as welcoming. I can't recommend this place enough, and can't wait until the next time I go to or through Crystal Lake, just so I can stop again.”
