“Love, love, love this restaurant! I've been here a few times, and it never fails to impress me. The staff are very friendly and polite and not 'overly' attentive, which is great. The food is amazing, and every dish I've tried has been delicious. They offer a lovely selection of decent wines and cocktails. I'll continue to eat here with different friends as everyone I've taken here has equally enjoyed this restaurant. The fillet steak is divine and cooked to perfection as all the dishes are.”

“Some great Turkish food! We came down for few days from London and came to eat here with family. Service was top class and waiter/waitress were very attentive. Food was very good! The only critic I would have is for the liver starter- I think it was overcooked but other than that, lovely!”

“Made a reservation for two for our anniversary and didn't regret it. We sat in a very nice corner, quiet and romantic and they even had flowers and cards for us (first time an establishment gave us cards!) We had the chicken supreme and the pork belly and it was very delicious! I don't usually finish my plate but this deserved it. We were quite full after, as the portion was quite big. The staff was very courteous, helpful and attentive. If you're looking for a romantic dinner, I would definitely recommend this place.”

The starters were a perfect introduction to the meal, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The seafood risotto and linguine were the highlights for me. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, with the seafood risotto offering a creamy texture and rich flavors, while the linguine had the perfect al dente consistency. If you're a seafood lover, you must try the options available here. The calzone and seafood pasta also came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. One impressive aspect of Posillipo is their superb wine selection. The staff provided excellent food and wine pairings, enhancing the flavors of the dishes. The prices for both the food and wine are reasonable, adding great value to the overall dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, making it an ideal spot for both casual and special occasions. While the sides were satisfactory, they didn't quite match the high standard of the main dishes. Overall, my experience at Posillipo was a delightful journey through Italian cuisine. I highly recommend it to anyone in Canterbury looking for an authentic Italian meal.”

“Traveled all the way from London and it didn’t disappoint. First impression, the place was really warm & inviting and the staffs made you feel right at home. I ordered a couple of things but the scallop with risotto really stood out. It was light and tastefully done. The millefeuille is not to be missed. Loved the combination of pistachio and raspberry. Chef Lee told me that they get the ingredients seasonal and locally , no wonder everything tasted so fresh. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!”
