“This restaurant is in a fantastic location. It’s highly rated and overall a great experience. The carpaccio was good and the main stew-type dish was okay. I think my main issue is one of expectation vs reality tensions - I expected a lot based on previous reviews and it was just okay. On balance I think the problem was simply my dish choices. Give this place a go and let me know if you have a better experience!”

“We went there for my birthday and I will say the sushi here is excellent! It was probably one of the best sushis I've had in my entire life. One could see the place was quite popular among the locals and all tables were occupied. Here comes the not-so-fun part: I ordered my philadelphia roll at 8:54 and at 9:45 I started sending a reminder on the iPad every ten minutes to the kitchen - to no avail. At 10:10 my partner got angry and got up to talk to the person at the cash register. The people sitting on the table opposite were however already arguing with her. Their child had actually fallen asleep on the table, it had taken so long to get their food. Imagine being there on your birthday and then waiting over an hour to get the food, it was a bit frustrating. I love that they have this modern technology of ordering over an iPad and the food is top notch with a lot of variety, but they need more staff (I was there on a weekday during off-season for context)”

“Really delicious food with even friendly service. The staff was very welcoming to me as a walk in, and explained the handwritten menu to me to make sure I ordered something I wanted. The pasta was well-cooked and flavorful, but honestly the best part was the service. So friendly!”

“I highly recommend reserved a table to have a dinner there. The food was amazing throughout. They were very accommodating in having us even though the restaurant was fully booked. They were knowledgeable with gluten-free options and giving gluten free breads. The steaks with truffles were amazing. While it was convenient to go back to your room after dinner in 1 minute. The noise from other people leaving the restaurant was not so nice and it continues to 1AM in the morning. We would love to dine there again but not sure about staying there. The room needs a bit of updating too.”

“WONDERFUL location with local products and a choice of tasty dishes. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and willing to meet any request. Cold cuts and meet variety are amazing, but the best thing is the place itself which is well curated in every detail. You have to go there”

“Delicious restaurant with very kind service! These are people that really care about food and their guests. The pizza menu was gourmet and creative, with every kind of dish you could wish for. “A pleasant discovery! Intimate and refined environment, sitting inside the view of the garden is pleasant, the quality - price ratio is excellent, only fresh fish cooked in a Sicilian style with Asian influences is offered. The raw fish is fantastic with combinations of pepper jam and wasabi mayonnaise, the cod cooked in oil with burrata is excellent, the croquettes with anchovies, burrata and aubergines are served accompanied by an exceptional spicy sauce, not to mention the tagliolini with scampi! As dessert we chose to taste the Sicilian cannoli, spectacular! Excellent wine list”
