“My wife and I stopped in for dinner. We were greeted politely and quickly brought to our table. Immediately, we were brought chips and salsa and shortly thereafter our waiter asked for our drink order. We reviewed the menu and made our choice (s)……Our waiter took our order and within a short time, our food arrived. It was brought hot and was really good. This food has not been sitting under a warmer! Our waiter refilled our glasses without asking. In short, our food, service, and hospitality were great. It’s. “Hole in the Wall” kind of place that you should not miss out on. And, when you walk in the door, look to your left on the wall, their cleanliness score is a 99. That’s awesome!”

“This Restaurant was Amazing. First, Adam was incredible! Being it wasn't super busy; he was able to spend time with us and opened our eyes to some new amazing wines! We have been fortunate to travel the world and this place did not disappoint! The Broiled oysters were truly a special treat! main courses and dessert as well. “My husband and I were traveling and found this gem off the beaten path We love to visit cool local places, and The Fort did not disappoint. Great place to hang out! There were several food truck options for grub and treats. We had an amazing burger and fries from Blues Burger and grabbed a tasty local beer from the Tap Station Plenty of outdoor seating with great fans to keep you cool We couldn't believe this place wasn't packed. Very family friendly with lots of things, including a park, giant screen for movies and splash pad, to keep the kiddos entertained. Come on out Alabama and show some local support for The Fort!”
