“The food was fabulous. I had ravioli w/meatball, beef barley soup and salad. My friend had chicken parmesan w/angel hair pasta, cream of asparagus soup and salad. Bread was delicious with chopped olives and tomatoes. Service was great and the atmosphere was also great.”

“I had the most amazing and special time here today. The food was delicious, seriously spectacular! Highly recommend the muscles in white wine sauce. The staff were seriously amazing and so kind, and recommended wonderful wine pairings. It was my birthday and they made it truly a special experience. They brought out two free deserts for my partner and I, which was not needed but sooo appreciated! The ambiance is also wonderful inside and outside. I loved the whole vibe of this place. Thank you for an amazing experience I will def return and recommend this place to my friends and family!”

“5 stars for the Gemini Giant but 0 for the experience. There was a woman painting a few areas of the Launching Pad and she was incredibly off-putting when visitors asked about the building. She told me “I’m not talking to people. I’m doing God’s work.” Another visitor asked her when it might be open and her response was “God will tell me when to open.” He says “We just want to know when we can visit.” This is an iconic stop on Route 66 and I would think God would encourage her to be friendlier if she wanted future customers!!”

“The staff was extremely nice here. The atmosphere was also great. I got the beef and lamb pita, and although it tasted absolutely delicious, it was pretty messy. There was also a lot of meat, and the sauces where delicious. The Mediterranean sauce was spicy and had a hint of cilantro. It was absolutely great. I would definitely recommend.”

“After our daughter recommended it to us, we decided to check it out. It is a beautiful building in downtown Joliet. We had reservations for 5:30 pm, which was the perfect time because within the next 30 minutes, the place filled up. We love Brussel sprouts, so we ordered them as our appetizer. They didn't disappoint us. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I chose the Harvest Salad ( pictured) as my main meal. It was very good. I loved the combination of pepitas and cranberries. My husband ordered the salmon after our waiter talked him out of the Ribeye sandwich. My husband didn't like it very much since it was farm raised and not wild caught salmon. We ordered the baklava cheesecake for dessert. Delicious! We liked the place. Definitely would go back.”

“The food- was well it was ok. It hasn't the best hibachi i had but it wasnt the worst either. It was just eh, the vegetables hibachi lacked vegetables. The chicken/steal hibachi had more then the actual vegetable one. The sauce was a little to salty The service- was great kept making sure we had water and napkins. The Atmosphere- well it wasn't bad certain parts seem out of place but not enough to make it uncomfortable or weird. The Conclusion- It was just ok food, great service and good Atmosphere.”

“Fantastic hospitality, food, drinks, and dining experience are top notch. Highly recommend, flat bread, nachos and Ruben sandwich with sweet potato fries. Ruben rye bread was perfectly toasted. The corn beef, sauerkraut, cheese were evenly distributed throughout the sandwich. If you’re in the area during Halloween season be sure to stop by and stroll through the creepy enclosed outdoor seating space.”

“Two very great tasting dishes. Food was very very great. Had the calamari fritti appetizer and it was superb! Place is more enjoyable for small groups of people but does have a bar. Does have one private booth you might want to reserve ahead of time if you want to be away from the bar noise. Overall small cozy and great place. If you love cheese and want to get stuffed the Tortellini Bolognes will get the job done!”
