“This restaurant is great hidden gem. It's a historic building that was built in 1884 and was originally a grocery store. That's why the name "Lee's grocery"still remains. The atmosphere is very laid back. The service that we received was very nice too. The pizza was very tasty and had plenty of styles to choose from. There is a wide selection of beers and sodas. There is a outdoor patio that is fenced-in and pet friendly. The owner is very friendly and down-to-earth.”

“My husband and I celebrated New Year’s at Chanta. We’d never been and enjoyed it so so much! Every course was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was very cozy and charming. I recommend going if you’re able to spend a bit of time, it is a slow-paced restaurant and everything was clearly homemade. But so wonderful and we will definitely be back!”

“I am impressed by their 100% plant-powered menu. The modern, minimalist decor creates a relaxed atmosphere, and the Florish mural is perfect for Instagram. The food is simply outstanding. I was mesmerized watching the chefs hand-stretch the pizza dough in-house. I started with a peanut-butter pretzel cookie and was blown away by the buffalo soul bowl. The owner, Keith, was welcoming and took the time to walk me through the options. I enjoyed a refreshing Saint James blueberry & raspberry sweet tea with my meal, rounding off a delightful dining experience. Despite not being a regular plant-based eater, I can't wait to come back for another buffalo chicken bowl. This place offers great value and even greater taste.”

“Went inside to order food. Stood at the window for 10 minutes while watching the cook on her phone the entire time never once looking to see if anyone was waiting there. She wasn’t using any gloves and was holding her phone and cooking. Phones are so dirty and just seeing her holding her phone and cooking with the same hand made me grossed out so we left. The place smelled and just gave off a dirty atmosphere. We won’t be back.”

“Went there for the first time during lunch on a Sunday. Very cozy place. Service is great. Lunch special was perfect. Ordered the Mexican roll, spicy tuna roll, and salmon roll. Comes with salad and soup for ~$18. Sushi is fresh and quality is great. Highly recommend!”

“Great find! This place was really good. The waitress, I believe her name was Bella, was really nice and understanding of our complicated order. I got a burger and it was the best burger I’ve had in a while. It was cooked to absolute perfection and the meat quality was excellent. The prime rib was ok but I liked the burger more. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. Overall really great experience here and would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.”

“The first time I came here was March 2020 for my dad’s birthday. This review is for 2023 after their Michelin star ⭐️ We ate at the chefs table in the kitchen. Service was great and attentive. We ordered: Bread (10/10) Mozzarella cart (10/10) (amazing mozzarella texture) Pork skewers (8/10) (too fatty) Steak and potatoes (10/10) (the potatoes were insane!!!) Rigatoni (10/10) (best sauce ever) Crab spaghetti (8/10) Apple desert (6/10) Olive oil cake (7/10) Highly recommend this place for group, date, special occasion, or even just dinner. SO good and 10/10 all around.”
