To be clear, the recent service was quick and painless... if you ignore the ridiculous online ordering system and just walk in a bit early to get your lanes. But the pricing has gone up drastically since the not-so-far-away days I used to bowl 2-3 times weekly. Unless someone else is paying, my last trip will be my LAST trip of thousands. We had a good run. You'll always have a special place in my heart. It's you, not me.”

“I took a road trip to Ojai and stopped by the Ojai Dear Lodge for lunch, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the steak frites with a glass of malbec. The food, service, and ambiance were excellent. My only concern was the paper plate my meal was served with. I would recommend using a regular plate when serving a steak. My plate kep moving around when cutting the steak.”
