“Our first time in the area and this place was recommended as a great family owned sushi restaurant. The experience was nothing short of fantastic. The fresh locally caught blue fin tuna was out of this world delicious and the special rolls were incredible. We left and my wife says “that’s the best damn sushi I’ve ever had.” This is all you need to know but the experience here goes well beyond the food. I did not get the owner’s name, but he’s a good dude; very humble and passionate about his craft. Enjoy!”

“It was our first time visiting this delightful restaurant. Chill vibe with cool tabletops (see picture). The service is good. The only problem was I ordered (so I thought) was Bun Bo Hue (soup). However, there seemed to be a breakdown in communication. I received the steamed bun instead. It was a happy accident. I actually enjoyed the steamed buns very much!!! The flavor was amazing, and the portion size was just right. The buns were packed with delicious pork and fillings. My son ordered the wonton soup. The broth was AMAZING in flavor. The bowl was filled with a hefty portion of noodles, veggies, and wontons. Usually, you only receive 1 or 2 wontons in a serving. This bowl had 4, and each wonton was packed with pork filling, which was super flavorful. My son doesn't usually like port or wontons, but he LOVED these and ate them all. The milk teas were delicious. My son has Thai, and I had a taro. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pho Eva. We will be back!!!”

“We ordered Crab Rangoon and pork spring rolls for appetizers. They were just OK. Sauces and rolls were almost flavorless. The garlic pork was burnt, had ZERO garlic, and was beyond tough. My meal was nothing more than boiled, flavorless, beef in a broth with overly cooked vegetables. The food quality was what I would expect from a hospital if they tried to cook Thai food. Nothing personal to the staff, but they seriously need to hire a chef that has taste buds. I have NO idea how they have a good rating.”

“Drunken noodles was good. Tom Ka Gai was on point. Generous portion and very flavorful. Everything was delicious. Sweet rice and mango was great but need generous coconut cream or milk. Sweet mango as well. Will be back!”

“I had the pleasure of dining here for the first time during jazz night. The band was playing at the perfect volume and it wasn’t hard to enjoy a conversation and the music! The food was absolutely delicious and the desserts were even better. Our server and really everyone working at the restaurant was very attentive and kind. I appreciated that they didn’t hover too much and still left us time to talk without interruptions. My only critique would be to put the drinks all on one more concise menu. It was really overwhelming to have 5 sheets of paper (one of which was a longggg martini menu) on the table. I think a simple redesign of the food and drink menu layouts would pair well with the elevated atmosphere. Will definitely come back nonetheless!”

“It's so hard to find good Nashville hit chicken done properly outside of Tennessee. This place does it right. They warned me that the medium was "normal" Nashville hot. While it had a good kick, it could be hotter for sure. Regardless, the flavor was spot on. If you're not a hot chicken person, but want some good southern fried style, they got you covered here too. My can't-tolerate-any-heat-at-all wife found it perfectly seasoned. The Mac and cheese is fantastic. I'm guessing they melt more cheese on top to-order, but the dish is comes in passes metallic flavor to some of the otherwise spot-on Mac and cheese. Incredible drink menu and several Happy Hour specials 2-6pm every weekday.”

“Yes, the outside looks super sketchy, but when it comes to the saying, "Don't judge a book by it's cover", that truly applies here. I ordered Combo #5, S10, and L2. All tasted real good and it's more like the ingredients are sourced from a grocery store, rather than from a Chinese food distributor, so the taste is more like home cooked Chinese instead of the fake corporate type taste. I was also given a few slices of a soft cake. I will be back to try other items”
