“This is a beautiful country pub, full of character and welcoming energy. The kitchen takes great pride in their food with good reason, it's very tasty and portions are massive! They brew their own ales, we tried them all. Each had their own distinctive character and flavor notes, or favourite was the Buddha, but all were 5/5 ales. Check out the all the mugs on the ceiling, tankards and even witches! Brilliant experience, can't wait to return some day”

“Enjoyed my food here. Chicken tikka masala had a sweet flavour which was different for me. Also had chilli paneer. Be careful eating the green chilli all at once. Employees were very nice, too. Only downside was the rude customer sitting behind me, but the restaurant is not at fault. Would eat here again.”

“We arrived without booking a table and the staff were very accommodating and friendly, We ordered some lovely Italian red wine and each of us ordered a pie. The pie was beautiful and it was like home made. The service was excellent, we were served by Justyna who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and specials. All in all was a lovely evening, I have been before and I tried the mussels which are a must try if you like mussels. We will definitely be back !”

“Had a really fun time here! They take your food order then set up your game of skittles, then call you through when the food is ready. Went on a dark Weds night in November and it was busy within minutes of opening. I had the steak on a hot stone which was delicious, followed by the cheesecake which was divine. The homemade lasagne was the best we've had. Would come again, no question.”
