“I love going to this place. Food is awesome and service is always great. It is bit pricy but you do get what you pay for. Location-wise it is bit hidden, but once u go you will surely return. I recommend trying everything! You really want to try different things every time you go and you will find yourself very surprised for what they are capable of doing in every dish. I give 💯”

“Service is good and food is below average for a sports restaurant. Food came fast and server was very friendly. The food is average and maybe a bit better than fast food chain but not close to 4 stars. Prices are above average for the quality of food and atmosphere. Restaurant was extremely warm inside which mean either AC was down or simply they turned it around 77 while it was 98 outside. Overall, good to try it once but definitely not going to do it again.”

“We really enjoyed our visit at Squable on a Saturday late afternoon at the bar. We ordered glasses of wine and wanted some small plates to snack on while we drink. Ended up starting with the biscuits which are huge and the jam was so delicious. After we saw a server leave the kitchen with a plate of towered tater tots we quickly asked our bartender to put in an order of those for us as well. These were tater tots topped with caviar, hollandaise, and salmon roe. Definitely the best plate of tater tots I’ve ever seen and tasted. We ended our visit with a delicious cold crab roll with brown butter aioli. We will be coming back to try more from their menu!”

“To be honest, Georgia James was a really fun experience and made a birthday celebration extremely memorable. We got the baller board and for six people it was so much food. The service was impeccable. Every bite was crazy good. You might think the fried chicken would be overshadowed by the other items, but honestly it too was able to claim its well deserved spot on the board.”

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! We had the absolute BEST sever Shaye! The best we’ve ever received at a restaurant! Shaye knew the menu so well and every item she suggested was perfect! We were there to celebrate many milestones such a birthdays, anniversary, and engagement and Merlion did not disappoint!! But what truly made this dining experience stand out was the exceptional service we received from Shaye. From the get-go, Shaye's attentiveness was remarkable; seemed to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them. She described each dish with such enthusiasm and detail that I couldn't help but trust her recommendations and so glad we did! She went above and beyond to make us feel like a valued guests creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality that's hard to find these days. So started with shrimp in the mussel sauce along with the French bread! Oh my word it was amazing! Then on to Kao Pad with sirloin and seared snapper with raad prick! All the dishes were just amazing. This was by far one of the BEST dining experiences we have ever had! Food was great but Shaye was a gem and she was stellar! Before we book we want to make sure she’s there and asked to be seated in her section. We highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back!”

“Came here for a Wed lunch. It was busy but we got seated right away and our order was taken. The food came out fast, hot, and was so delicious and flavorful. V Bistro is a hidden gem! The prices were reasonable and the restaurant and bathroom were clean. Loved that they had a drive-up takeout service next to the building. We will definitely be back here!”
