“Pleasant surprise, for the traditional crowd there are simple dishes full of flavour excellently cooked. For the creatively twisted crowd a new take on known dishes with modern techniques. The vitello tonnato was superb, and the tomato risotto was heavenly. The restaurant itself is dark allowing for every table to visually isolate itself from the others, a welcome sense of privacy. A well deserved Michelin Star.”
