“My family frequents this location even though we have another location five minutes away from our home. I love their food, but after my catering experience, I won't be back. I ordered and paid for a large tray of jerk chicken for my family for Christmas on December 23rd. I was asked if could I pick it up before 4 pm, and I said, sure. When I arrived at 3:15pm there was a crowd in the waiting area. I knew I may have a wait because it was Christmas Eve, and everyone else was doing the same as me. I let the young lady at the register know my last name and what I ordered. She said it would be coming up. I overheard people saying they had been there since 1:30, and I knew it was going to be a problem. They allowed people to keep coming in to place orders while 30 people or more were waiting for their catered orders. The staff kept telling people their orders were coming up in 15-20 minutes. There was no organization, just a bunch of chaos. People were furious, and they had every right to be. There was one lady who was trying her best to help people. After three hours of waiting, I was offered a drink. I ended up waiting three and half hours to get a large tray of jerk chicken. If it wasn't Christmas Eve and I could have placed my order somewhere else in time, I would have asked for a refund. Their food is amazing, but the service that day was awful. They need someone over operations to make sure this never happens again.”
