“This is one of those 5-star ratings where it needs to be pointed out just how particularly good this place is! Traditional recipes in an uncompromising manner on the quality of ingredients. The starter 'Heaven on Earth' was what the name promised, the blood sausage was one of the tastiest I've ever had. The fried calf's head with the accompanying salad was deliciously fatty and gelatinous, just what I was expecting. The apricot dumplings weren't the best I had, but were tasty nonetheless, the next time I'll go for a different dessert. Service was polite and fast. 3 courses with 2 beers and tip came to €48.”

“You may want to call ahead for reservations on the weekends. We didnt have reservations, but they had space in a secondary room. Also it is cash only, but there is an ATM at a nearby Spar grocery store. Prices are very reasonable, so I did have enough cash on hand to cover the bill. Im guessing the ATM is no more than 5-10 min walk. We had 2 Brettljauses and a cheese plate for 7 people, which was plenty. They do have hot food as welll. High quality, good prices. This was my first Vienna Hueriger, I have been to many Buschenshanks south of Graz. Give me Austrian white wine and bread, cheese and charcuterie and Im happy.”

“Delicious and authentic Japanese food. The chef and owner is Japanese so you will really get high quality dishes. There’s the regular tables and also the traditional Japanese sitting. Perfect spot for a romantic date! their tap beer is also Japanese and it’s delicious. Highly recommend!”

“This is a great and cozy place to get something to eat or just drink a beer or two. The prices are more than reasonable and the portions you can check from the pictures...they are huge. The staff was friendly and good with English and everything was sparkling clean. I'd you're in the area, you have to stop by, stay outside behind the cathedral and enjoy a break.”

“Had a lovelly evening and was hoping for some good food. Ordered lamb chops and was disappointed when all that arrived was 4 thin lamb chops sat on a pile of Luke warm chips. No vegetables or salad. Found the food to be good but very overpriced. Staff service was poor at best and when the bill was presented was repeatedly told that the price was without service.WHAT SERVICE. Would definitely not return”
