“Great facility EXCEPT for memory care. My father transitioned from assisted care to memory care several months ago. Sad to say that the residents in memory care seem to be overlooked when it comes to their meals . Meals are routinely Served late, making the residents sit at the table for an hour or more. Then when the meals are served, they are usually cold . Very sad situation for residents who are paying a premium price for their care. We have repeatedly expressed our displeasure with this situation, and are repeatedly told it will be addressed, however it has yet to be . Very sad situation for residents that do not Have much to look forward to in the course of their day. A hot meal served on time is not too much to ask, especially given the premium cost charged for their care . We did have a good experience with assisted living, and cannot understand why this great care is not extended to the memory care residents.”
