“My wife and I deeply regret purchasing my Jayco Outback 15. The build quality is poor and uses cheap parts. The bracket holding the awning in place broke off when I first went to use it. If I was driving and this happened, I can only imagine this would have called an accident. The fact that the arm holding the heavy barrel dropped it subsequently caused the awning to tear. See the picture for reference. That is cheap metal - not the quality I was expecting from Jayco. The awning barrel jammed and and a local caravan technician come out to retract it back into position, I had to use a pair of vice grips to pull it out and back in. The material for the shutter came loose from the bracket holding it meaning we were without privacy for our first stay. The brackets holding the window screens are glued on meaning we were unable to put the shutter material back into the bracket that holds it. In order to fix this I am going to have to go all the way to St. Mary's to get this fixed when I think they should send a technician to my house to fix these issues. It's a 100km round trip. The office did not dispose of their paperwork appropriately and as a result I received two phone calls from different people in North St. Mary's stating that they found my contract with my licence and registration details on it. I wasn't offered a trade in for my camper trailer, which would have helped us a great deal. They could have easily sold it on. Overall I think I would have gone somewhere else. I think my experience was not a good one. I thought Jayco had a better reputation than this. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.”

“Had a good experience of my car rental with Budget from reservation to car pickup and return. No issue, rental charges were very reasonable plus with extra options. Excellent customer service on the counter. This place is next to United petrol station on old Geelong road. 2 issues, no after hours drop off facility, and Approx 10 - 15 minutes walk from Hoppers crossing station. No pick up or drop off service and you have to walk or spend extra $ on a taxi. Do Google and you can find other car rentals next to the station which I didn't 🤔”
