“My husband and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our home. We called around to see who would be the fastest to come out as I am 9 months pregnant and obviously need quick access to our home. The young lady advised him that she had someone available at the moment. My husband explained to the young lady that someone at another company had another customer ahead of us so we’d cancel with them and book our services with Imperial. She then all of a sudden began dismissing him and quoted that because of our actions of calling someone else AT A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COMPANY, she needed a payment now while simultaneously refusing our service and basically pushed us away. Payment up front was not a problem… she only requested a payment after he explained about getting the quickest service. He had her on speaker and the interaction was a bit disgusting and felt a bit racist. I works never recommend Imperial to anyone. She was a poor representation of the company.”

“This company was very quick to respond through the sale for my 1996 Corvette. As soon as I gave them a deposit, they were harder to get in contact with. Eventually, they shipped me my car nearly a week later after everything was said and done. When I got the Car I took it out for the first time and antifreeze, leaked all over my floorboards and ruined the carpet. Smoke was coming in the vents of the car. I had my mechanic take a look at it and said it was the heater core.. He also told me that there’s A pretty bad exhaust leak. I tried to call to explain to them what happened. And they lied to me and told me their bosses out of town and coming back and will call me. Never got a call back. Never do business with these people. They are crooks.”

“Called about getting four brand new tires, Spoke with Eric and he quoted me a price to best a competitor near by. Explained Saturday was the only day I had available due to my schedule and Eric guaranteed it would be Saturday like the competitor. However Eric said they needed to get the tires from another warehouse and he would call me on Saturday to let me know what time I could bring in my car. I waited at home until the late afternoon and Eric never called back. Very disappointed because I could have taken it to the competitor if I was notified that they couldn’t get the tires or etc. Never used Discount Tires and I probably never will after this.”

Joseph asked me why that tire and I explained that I had done quite a bit of research and that was rated best in class. He quickly realized I only wanted that tire and asked me what he could do to make it right, I told him if they could just find a way to do it the same day, that would work. He told me it would be a challenge but he made it happen with only a 2 hour delay. A lot of people might write a bad review, but I always look as a problem as an opportunity to show me what kind of company you are, are this company is one that keeps you informed, is straight forward, and does what they can for the customer. They do it right and treat you right, very happy customer.”

“I brought in a 2014 Passat with a clear rear wheel alignment issue in April this year. We had a good set of used tires installed prior to our appointment. After the alignment, the car drove much better but this fall after about 15,000 miles, a left front tire was wearing to showing wire on the inside. In June this year, I brought in a 21 RAM showing signs of inside wear on the front tires. They did an alignment and said they needed to adjust the toe a bit. I just had to buy a set of front tires as the front tires have gone away. I am giving 3 starts because of good service and easy scheduling.”
