“I called to ask about making an appointment today. The gentleman that answered the phone mentioned they did not need me to make an appointment, I just needed to let him know the size of my tires needed. So I called back with sizes and when I showed up, they gave me a few options to choose from. The friendliness was just top notch, they explained everything and gave me amazing tires at an exceptional price. “Amazing customer service from all of the workers!! At first I was told that I had to get my battery professionally installed (which is understandable ) but Jordan offered to install it for me. He saved me so much time and probably money in doing so. I was so stressed and him and Michael were so kind. I even bought the wrong battery at first and they swapped it quickly and got it installed pretty quick.”
