“Called about getting four brand new tires, Spoke with Eric and he quoted me a price to best a competitor near by. Explained Saturday was the only day I had available due to my schedule and Eric guaranteed it would be Saturday like the competitor. However Eric said they needed to get the tires from another warehouse and he would call me on Saturday to let me know what time I could bring in my car. I waited at home until the late afternoon and Eric never called back. Very disappointed because I could have taken it to the competitor if I was notified that they couldn’t get the tires or etc. Never used Discount Tires and I probably never will after this.”

“If I could give a negative rating I would. The young women in the office are extremely rude, unprofessional and intentionally made the experience worse. I was lied to about location and price and payment options. It cost me $80 more plus 3 seperate Uber rides. Do NOT give these people your business. They should be shut down”
