I finally have a roof over my head that I can count on, thanks to their professional services and warranty! My roof was totaled in a recent hail storm in Austin and Hargrove came in clutch with a fast, friendly engagement, detailed estimate, and interfaced with the insurance company so that I was completely hands off once the claim was submitted. Michael has been an excellent manager of the work and communications, including making sure all home occupants are informed and prepared for repairs. The staff at the offices are courteous and kind, patient with questions, and respected my pronouns. <3 The work is ongoing internally to repair storm damage, but my new 30-yr shingle roof went up in less than two days and looks incredible! I have high hopes for the rest of the work.”
