“We had gutter helmets installed in 2020 on our new house. They cane out once in 2022 to maintain the gutters. I called this am and was told they have a $50.00 employee retention and fuel fee. It's ridiculous. They are not honoring their lifetime warranty as stated in my contract. I will be seeking legal advice. I am not sure I understand how they cannot honor their lifetime warranty. They have not been out for roof inspection in 2023 as promised in contract. This "fee" should be applied to new customers not previous customers that have a signed contract with a lifetime warranty. I have reported this company to the BBB and MLIC. If needed, I will be filing in court for breach of contract. Either, honor our contract OR prorate a refund so I can get a reputable company that honors thileir signed contracts. If allowed, I would give minus 5 stars.”
