“The food is awesome, though on the expensive side for what it is, which is all plant-based. I wanted to order the pancakes but they were sold out of them and honestly I couldn’t fit anymore food in. The store is easy to find, but also easy to miss… The store front kind of sits back a little from the street. I guess they must’ve had problems with people going in and sitting down for hours enjoying their food and/or atmosphere because as soon as I walked in they announced that it’s a 60? 70-minute lunch before they unceremoniously tell you after almost an hour that your time is almost up (and therefore you should leave). If you’re like me and you like to take your time deciding which of the delicious dishes you’d like to order, then perhaps you should decide first before going by looking at their online menu. By the time you’re seated, have looked through the menu, made a decision, and have your food come to you, you’re at the half hour mark. But don’t relax! You have to shovel all that food in within the time allotted to you… and don’t think about ordering more because you’ll not have time to finish everything. The waiter seemed really tired and nonchalant. He said everything he was obliged to say with zero emotion and clearly had already mentally clocked out at 2:10pm when I got there. XD If you don’t care about all that and you’re just after vegan food though… this is one of the best places to try. They also sell vegan cookies near the register for all your snacking needs.”

“Wanted to try the foie gras hamburg but it was sold out. Went for the 200g mozzarella with mustard cream sauce and it was so amazing! Juicy and had right amount of sauce and seasoning. The pork is noticeably of good quality. Also tried the Demi glacé sauce and it was nice too. Salad was all right, but nothing special just order if you need to eat your veggies. The service was so warm and welcoming and I would definitely come back! Be sure to make a reservation so you don’t have to wait.”

The burgers are suitable as a light meal although the prices might be slightly expensive for the portions served so dining here would be more of a once in a blue moon occasion whenever you are visiting the aquarium or port. “Lunch time on Sunday and got immediately seated to the cafe. The shopping area is busy and it gets pretty loud. Visited once right before corona started (2 years ago). That time we had to wait a while in the cold to get seated. Pay as you order system and CASH ONLY. Go to the counter to order and pay for your drink or meal. Surprised they still don't have electronic payment. They do have an app but looks like it's only for points. Like last time I ordered a seasonal hot chocolate drink. This year it's Maple nuts chocolate. I was told the hot version is more bitter compared to the iced, it was still too sweet for my taste. I remember the Christmas '19 drink as thicker and better though. Drinks come with 2 service cookies. English menu 🆗 Cash only ✅”

“This is my favorite beef cutlet restaurant. I often go there when I want to eat raw meat.I eat the rare cutlet with mountain wasabi and salt or soy sauce, and it's only one serving. When you add the minced meat cutlet, the sauce comes out and goes well with the minced meat cutlet, making the rice even more delicious. The natto miso soup also has a hearty taste, which I love.”
