“Dropped in here for lunch on our way to Galleria Borghese. This modest little family run osteria provides great value tasty food, and is obviously a popular place with local workers. Luckily we only had a short wait for a table. We took advantage of the fixed price lunch menu; bruschetta, pasta or a main course, sweet (we had tiramisu), water and coffee. “My go-to place for lunch when pottering around Monti. Delicious, high quality food at a great price. Super filling and great range of sandwiches & drinks to choose from. My favourite is the personal trainer, with avocado, chicken and basil. Staff are so kind and considerate and provide menus in multiple languages. A great place for all! Not much indoor seating but Monti is such a chill zone, you can find places to perch yourself easily. Opposite a wonderful gelato shop for after lunch sweet tooth cravings!”

“Okay, pizza 🍕 on the next level. Many pizzas available of choice. You buy pizza buy the kilo not as a whole. Pick your slices and they will finish cooking them off in the oven. Amazing 🤩, the pizza is like on a focaccia style base, airy and light bases, full of flavour and eat Al Fresco outside the diner on a stool. All soft Drinks available all botanical and not sugary rubbish. Coffee available free for customers if you like. Have some homemade tart after the meal 😉 also amazing.”

“We’ve eaten at some of the greatest restaurants in the world. This restaurant may have cracked our top 5. It’s a beautiful mom and pop restaurant with just purely exceptional food. To start with, they steered us away from an €80 bottle of wine to a €30 bottle of wine that was fantastic. From there, we simply told them “feed us we are hungry” and they brought out a ton of amazing dishes, one after another. We left so satisfied, so enamored, so much in love with this restaurant. We will be back in Rome in a week and will be back.”

“Very good! The lemon iced tea and chocolate croissant were very tasty and inexpensive, and the sandwiches are very good. The staff is very friendly and always have a smile on their face. The service was very good, and the staff is incredibly patient. The music playing on the speakers was very good, a good choice by the DJ. The art around the restaurant is also very fitting to Rome. Overall it is recommended to eat here instead of other overpriced coffee shops in the area.”

The restaurant is located in Ladispoli, a beautiful holiday village on the seaside just outside of Rome. Very friendly service, the food arrived hot and quick. Lots of good shops for anything you need. Will definitely be back, this time in summer to enjoy the beautiful, large beach 🏖️”
