“What a find!! Best dinner of our absolutely wonderful week in Fairbanks! I had the Cuban pork dinner and my friend had the salmon dinner -- we cleaned our plates!!! And Chef Rico entertained us with conversation, too, as the place was empty on this cold Monday evening. It should be packed any time it's open!! But I never thought to ask until we were back home in North Carolina, How did you end up in Fairbanks, AK, Chef Rico?! Perhaps I will remember to ask him when I return with more friends in March!”

“Loved everything about this experience. It was our first time, so their rule is they pick your food. You take two bites and if you don't like it, return it and then pick whatever you want. I was a bit leary but we were a party of 8 with a pretty picky 10 year old and none of us returned our food! It's a small, family run small type business. Everyone was super friendly and personable. You can ask for markers to write on the walls while you wait. The food was amazing. They made 8 different meals that ran the spectrum from sweet with chocolate and berries to a brunch waffle with chicken and mac n cheese. The chicken was tender and the mac n cheese was delicious. I told them I was diabetic so they made me a delicious low carb waffle and omelette. Highly recommend this place; it's not to be missed on your list of must-do's while you're in Anchorage!!”

“Really can't put into words how much you need to stop here while in Anchorage if you're into craft beer done well. And just saying well feels like an understatement. The staff and customers here were very friendly & welcoming. Even spoke with the owner Gabe & the fact that he took the time on a day as busy as it all speaks volumes of why he deserves all the success he has gotten. Look forward to my next visit for next year's A Deal With A Devil Day.”

“Four of us had different meals - all amazing. The halibut fish and chips were some of the best I've ever had. Not overly breaded and nice and flaky. Nothing fancy about this place. It is literally in a boat yard, but I would definitely recommend any day.”
