“Lively atmosphere. Spent an evening here after a Christmas meal out with about 12 work colleagues. We had the upstairs area with the large table all to ourselves. Service was a bit lagging, but it was busy and during the Christmas party season. Music was too loud for polite conversation, but the atmosphere was vibrant. Drinks are the usual Edinburgh prices which can be a bit of a sharp intake of breath when you're not expecting them. Probably a good watering hole to take refuge in for a quick drink as you're on your way to the real party.”

Book in advance if u like to eat early. The food we had was delicious, tasked great. The quantity looked small, but I was full after my main. Service was beautiful. I will go there again.”
