“Wow just wow. How is it that I am a customer and I ordered from your restaurant and it seems that your phone boy who took my order can't even take a simple order properly, so when I call and ask to speak to the manager to let them know of the mistake they have made because my child is allergic to some of the items I specifically asked them not to put on her sub which they did anyways. The manger is a grade A POS with a mouth on her. Like your job is to rectify the situation or at least pretend to care but instead she is worried that only 2 of the 3 subs I ordered were made wrong. Good job smiths. I have been buying food from here for the past 5yrs but after tonight's interaction with the manager I will no longer be visiting this place . Because when you seem more concerned with how many subs weren't made wrong vs my child's allergies it's not a place I want to spend my money at. I know this won't go anywhere but thought maybe new customers should know the great professionalism at this establishment.”

“Prices are fair. They serve breakfast, lunch, and pastries. There’s plenty of seating. I got my order to-go since they were closing soon, but the staff was all very courteous. Got an ice white mocha, and it tasted a bit watered down at first. Also tried one of their cupcakes which was good.”

“Good PA dutch style food diner. Went for breakfast and could not resist the Wilbur Chocolate pancakes. The home fries are just how I like them. Free refills on milk and chocolate milk is a plus. Free refills on hot chocolate as well. None of us ordered the buffet but it looked like a normal breakfast buffet.”

“I told my wife in New England, pizzerias are like Tex-Mex joints in Texas - they are plentiful and mostly excellent. Thus, after a small and mediocre meal, we found ourselves still hungry and based upon what the staff at our hotel said, "people in Strasburg get their pizza there," we went. Inside, we found exactly what we were expecting - a no-frills, family run establishment which appeared to have been in operation forever. There was the requisite pizza maker focusing on his craft while everyone else cooked around him in an open kitchen. The owner came from the rear of our restaurant to take our order for pepperoni pizza and it was ready in about 15 minutes. When we took it back to our hotel room, we opened the box and proceeded to enjoy Italian-American excellence. The crust is soft, thin, New York style. The sauce was delicious...if a bit too sweet. The cheese and pepperoni was also excellent. All in all, my wife and I enjoyed this establishment, and if we lived in the area, we would definitely frequent.”

“I ordered a taco Salad and onions. This is the food that was delivered to me. Some kind of a sandwich already eaten, and the fries sprinkled with pepper and ketchup packets. Really? This is what you get? Never again for this place! Stay away from here! And I did call the resturant. She told me that the Grubhub delivery driver must have done it.”
